Home Unlabelled FG Declares December 24, 25 And 28 As Public Holidays

December 24, 25 and 28 has been declared public holidays by the Federal Government to mark Maulud Nabiy, Christmas Day and Boxing Day respectively.

This was made known by the Minister of the Interior, Retired Lt.-Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau, in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Mr Bassey Akpanyung.

He enjoined Muslim and Christian faithful to pray for the peace and unity of Nigeria.
